Ahh. I think I just found a house that is near to my dream house. The color pallet used, the layout of the living spaces, the kitchen (ohh 100% love it), the pool design and structure, even the doors used screams elegancy. This is amazing!!
I’ve seen this house in other house tour video, but i really like how julia explained and describe every details of this gorgeous house. Her voice is so calm.. hindi nakakairita tulad nung iba na puro pa-cute sa video.

Nobody does a house tour like Julia does. Very normal conversation and you will feel like ikaw talaga kausap niya on site, also kudos sa camera guy. The way she chuckles, not awkward. You wont really get that nag bebenta vibe.
My favorite part is 13:09 just some random guy on a stool downstairs singing to himself lalalala :-) thanks for the presentation Presello!

Its been decades since my family left the Philippines as a pre-teen. But If I am to go back to visit, I am curious about condos in BFG city. But this house is a good alternative. I am just oblivious to the area/location of the house. The Host is attractive. Why is it luxury real estate agents are beautiful.?! LOL

Not sure if its the bad mixture of warm and cool lights, video editing or something else, but Julia looks stressed or tired in this video.
Interior is very nice, but still… for me, glass house is not suitable for tropical countries (not environment friendly). Still waiting for a sustainable option from presello ☺️
