what i like about this house is the staff room...its a decent size...i've seen other staff rooms from this and other channels that is so small and no windows that looks more like a storage than a room..

I really love the style of this house, it’s modern but it doesn’t feel stiff. It’s just bright and airy and looks really comfortable to live in even without the furnitures yet. The flow of every area is really well thought of. It really makes you realize what components you really need to consider if you are planning to buy or build your future home.
Kudos to Julia and team for featuring this house, the way you presented this just makes the viewer feel and see the house as if they are in the area itself. This house is maybe my favorite house tour so far for 2022❤️
This house is so beautiful. It's simple, elegant, the space is maximized but it doesn't feel cramped at all and just like what Julia said, it's the perfect blank canvass. You can design it however you want, your creativity is the limit. I also love how the it didn't just have a staff room but a whole staff area that's well-lit, well-ventilated and has the same quality finishing as the rest of the house.
This is the best house tour (so far) this year. It's clean and cozy.
Finally! A house that does feel a home, a spacious one. A space that the staff deserves, not those other houses with quarters that looks like a basement and has no window. A minimilist type of home and yet comfortable. I have never posted on comments sections for Philippine's house tour videos on TH-cam except Enes Yilmazer, but this tour with Julia gives me that vibe. Keep it going!
Yeah right? You can tell that the architect is a nice person. Sobrang laking selling point nung maayos na space for the staff. Kudos to the architect and to Presello for doing the tour.

Of all the house tours I've seen in this channel, this is only house that I liked so far! White house with black window lines. This has a decent size rooms for each section of the house. Most of all the kitchen is modern with marble countertops and beautiful coverts. Beautiful dream house.
Presello has done it again! This house tour (and the house itself) has joined my top shelf list of house and house tours I've seen locally! Julia and the rest of the team did great justice with touring us in this extraordinary house that I would buy in a blink of an eye if I could afford this like buying candy from the store across the street! The checkered tiles in the basement was just what I hoped for when Julia went down there thinking it would be the daily kitchen. To my surprise, the checkered floor was there as the house color theme is black and white and it was more than just a daily kitchen! I'm a fan of checker tiles on kitchens! I've been doing my kitchen on all of my SIMS games that way and never otherwise. Kudos Julia and the Presello team for another excellent house tour! 😊

I love this house so much... its bright and airy without being overwhelming or too much and the staff area is actually really decent. I love the design and how the house is designed to give you a lot of space. Also in love with how the bathrooms are designed especially with the walk in closets attached. I just love everything about this house man.

Ngl, this is one of the most beautiful houses you've toured. It's simplicity is deceptive because you won't see how much detail is put in unless you really look.

This is the best house that oresello featured in my opinion. Very Elegant, Minimalist and Classic, well thought of, and specially its like a canvass that you can personalised. Seeing Julia's "Kilig" while presenting this house, shows that this house is a really good catch.

That house is absolutely amazing.
I love it even more because it would fit in perfectly with our style here in Canada ( only one kitchen on the main and 2nd if any in the basement).
actually presello is one of the reasons why ill be an architect! sometimes the houses look stiff and it made me think that i could make some improvements in certain aspects. this house is the most memorable in my opinion. it feels like home already. its not unnecessarily big and each sections of it have a purpose. the way the light fills the house and interact with the layout feels natural. i want to know who designed and build this house. this work is just remarkable!
The layout of this home is everything.
sa thumbnail pa lang ang ganda na. The appeal for me is the perfectly placed windows. Ganda ng pasok ng ilaw sa lahat ng space. Toilet mo pa lang sa dual purpose T&B katapat mo na bintana eh. Jokes aside, the only thing I'd probably add is a powder room sa ground flr. But this really is simplicity done well. Props to the architect.
I love that you show the neighborhood if ever I look for a house to buy definitely the neighborhood is first on my list.

Really love the layout. Open concept truly an American design. Despite the close proximity to the neighbors, the issue is surpassed by the space of the basement quarters. Staff or family member accommodation. Well done. This will sell quickly. I’m from California, my house house is typically similar to this design minus the basement. Definitely would want to retire in the PI with a house such as this gem.

You are right Julia, this one is my top 1 house that you present here in Presello. Love the interior design, the combination of black, white and light grey of some of the doors from the basement. But the only thing that I'm going to change here are the floors, instead of light wood colour I might change it to light grey colour also as well, all the cupboard light wood colours. It's absolutely look elegant and bright anywhere you go in this house. This can be my dream house now. If I win euromillions will definitely buy this house. Thanks for making this video. Godbless 👏
