That's good for you because I spent 13 years in Saigon and I've seen the opposite. 1 out of 20 hotels has the sign, but I guess it still depends on the kind of hotel you stay as well.
We already passed. Thanks for the invite. You can check out the video of the province here: 🇻🇳 Dong Thap: The Largest Flower Village in The Mekong Delta | Vietnam Travel Ep: 27 th-cam.com/video/JDD3HD9peU8/w-d-xo.html
Interesting places you both have traveled in Mekong south area. I just recently finish vlogging that area. Didn't get a chance to go to some places you both gone so watching it was good. Looking forward to your central series.
For the goat hot pot it was $200,000 dong. And for the rice and vermicelli noodles was $60,000 for each, but this price is a little more than what you can get somewhere else.
I was in saigon just last week and that walking street is 42nd St. Times Sq. X 10! Aside from that, I liked the food and hustle and bustle of Saigon. But our Airbnb was just six floors up from all of the motorcycle noise so I don't miss that 😅. But great vid and looking forward to your next video.
Great to hear from you. Yeah, Saigon has a lot to offer and it’s up to the person to like it or not. But when someone wants to return for another visit, there’s a lot more to like than to hate about the city for them. We honestly feel this way although we’re not a fan of the nightlife vibes.
Oh! I see. I’m not offended actually. By the way, I love to call it Saigon and I think without any of its past, we don’t have the city like we do these days.
10:19 The goat hot pot looks so good! Great video guys 😊
Glad you liked it!!! Thank you!
Love the videos. David's English is extremely good.
Thank you so much! I still have lots of room to improve.
At 1:10 - Ho Chi Minh City is "adorably called Saigon." I've never heard phrased that way before.
Now you have!
Mình ở TP HCM, Sài Gòn chúc hai bạn thuận lợi an toàn khi làm những thước phim đẹp cho mọi người
They usually have "do not disturb" signs at every hotel. I think maybe 1/20 hotels I stayed at didn't have them.

@@madianddavid Things have changed a lot post-pandemic. Most people that live in Saigon, rent an apartment rather than stay at hotels.
If by any chance you guys Visit Dong Thap, a province in the South of Vietnam, hit me up for beers & food & hangouts 🎉🎉❤❤

Good to hear you’re doing the same thing. Best of luck with your channel and enjoy!
Why are you guys wearing mask? Is it mandatory?
Oh it’s not at all. We’re wearing to protect ourselves from the dust when riding the scooter on the street.

What are you holding in your hand when you were in the hotel.
It is a motion detection camera. It just helps us feel more comfortable with leaving our stuff in the hotel room.

No offense but I cannot feel that it's not Ho Chi Minh City but Saigon.
Can you elaborate a bit more on that please?
I mean when the war ended on 1975 they, want to erase the legacy of the old Saigon but apparently it did not, I apologize if I offended you.
