I would like to see videos depicting various methods of welding thinner sheet metal to thick metal objects

Thanks Jody - love to watch the aluminium welding videos. Cheers

The welds that challenge me the most are those on thin stuff, especially stainless and aluminum. Some examples and advice on controlling heat and minimizing warping would be very welcome! As heat builds up and I near the end (and edges) of aluminum joints, I have a hard time reducing amps quickly and accurately enough. Maybe more on welding sequence of joints to reduce distortion-you did one excellent video on this a few years ago. As a long-time viewer of the channel and a repeat customer of the Weldmonger store, I want to thank you for all you do.

Thanks again for excellent video, I probably would like some more on 1.0 to 2.0 mm aluminum welding

More on settings for stainless and aluminum for multiple projects, different parameters, when and what works with the different metals

I would like to see a welding glove / tig finger hybrid. I keep having trouble with comfort keeping the tig finger in place

Me too, wouldn't that be something.

For me, understanding the settings on my prime weld 225, for aluminum and stainless, and how to set these parameters for different outcomes in different results, whether it be a small well that is required by the customer or just many different things that I know the frequency and the ac balance and our gas volume, which seems to be a trifecta in a lot of things, I'm just not getting the results that seems like everybody else is getting them when they said there's but there's so many things and cup size there is the way you grind your tungsten there's your balances, does ac balance only work on ac or does it do anything on stainless, I had this one job I bidded on and I just don't know how the guy that gave the example part got such a small autogenous weld, I could figure out how he was able to get such a small weld around a 1 inch bung with no filler which was the spec and all I can think is either the machine isn't as good as his millermatic 220 or it had to be settings that I couldn't figure out
