I was literally crying at the end. Totaly inspired by the message, and every element of the video. This is the kind of essence that make me fall so hard in love with the bless of be abe to train, and more than that, to live the parkour.
Since this video came out, it's been a source of inspiration for me. Everytime I lose sight of what I want or lose focus on my training, I watch it again. The quote at the end gives me a surge of emotions every time... "Nothing is something... and everything is in you"
I have been inspired. I try to train creatively and innovatively but it helps when there are people like yourself out there to help us along the way. Thank you.
Incredibly inspiring and beautiful. This philosophy could represent so much more than just movement, but how we live our lives. Have you turned nothing into something today? :)
this just perfect it's make me fill some different from all videos this video is telling to as to all don't stop keep going and evrything will be done what ever you try to do respect and thank-s for this video
There is no "avoidance" here. Just appreciation for an object and a mentality. Life has only the meaning you give to it. Movement is just a way to do that. :)
parkour/add/freerunning, i guess that everyone that really understand the pure spirit of it have this ideas. The film is all about the original spirit, in a very simple and direct way, thats the beauty on it! :)
don't want to talk for Laurent, but the text at the beginning answers your question pretty much. I guess the ideas came to Laurent's mind because he is been moving for several years, and i don't know a single person who after doing parkour for lot of years, didnt experiment with creative movement and started to love diferent kinds of movement, not only efficient a-to-b deplacements.
I see what you are saying, and that may well be the answer. I've been moving for quite some time as well so i understand what you mean. Im simply asking if it was any single event, so ill just wait for his reply.. if i get one haha.
Wow, simple, effective, nice. I never consider nothing to be anything, the phrase somethingis better then nothing always comes to mind. Nice to get and point of view. Go raibh maith agat.
Laurent is one of the founders of parkour. He's been refining his movement for more than twenty years.
I was literally crying at the end.
