There is no "avoidance" here. Just appreciation for an object and a mentality. Life has only the meaning you give to it. Movement is just a way to do that. :)
parkour/add/freerunning, i guess that everyone that really understand the pure spirit of it have this ideas. The film is all about the original spirit, in a very simple and direct way, thats the beauty on it! :)

I guess the ideas came to Laurent's mind because he is been moving for several years, and i don't know a single person who after doing parkour for lot of years, didnt experiment with creative movement and started to love diferent kinds of movement, not only efficient a-to-b deplacements.

Laurent is one of the founders of parkour. He's been refining his movement for more than twenty years.
I love he continues to move even when the old dog is like, "I'm just gonna walk right in on master's flow and see how he does"

This is amazing. The flow is so smooth and calm, freerunning may be a hobby, sport or anything else but it can also be a passion.
