Oh my! I was there when you filmed that (I'm the awkward guy with the orange pants in the background). Now that I trained in that spot as well I can even more appreciate the movement. What you don't really see in this video is that there are some quite high drops on the other side of the walls so that when you jump from wall to wall it's not as easy as it looks.
+PressTheRedButton Apply a zoom setting to the clip so that the output frame is smaller than the original image. Then add a motion animation with keyframes that moves the clip from one edge of your output frame to the other. I think iMovie has "Ken Burns Effect" which will do the same thing for you automatically. Be aware that you'll lose the outermost edges of the frame when you do this, so be careful how you frame your shot.
So good. I love the thing where you pivot your legs up with your hips and shoot them through your arms. Great way to get extra height on the top off and come out with your chest forward, without relying on your arms =0
