In 2012 one of the greatest video was Take your time, Now in 2013 Take your Life is probably the best we've seen so far. You guys are not just good with mouvement, you are also REALLY creative and according to me, creativity is the main quality to have to be a great freerunner.
Centuries of Russian men not expressing themselves creatively(except Ballet) through physical but inventing things like the Kettle bell and the spetnaz have led to an outburst of creativity thanks ton the phenomenon of the park our movement and family. Cheers Comrades
Pure poetry in movement and just nothing but inspirational!!! This is living proof that parkour is growing constantly and it will never, ever, ever stop because this will ultimately change the world. Parkour has no limits, nor rules, and definitely no boundaries and the best thing I love most, is that no matter how young or old you are, anyone can do this. Just keep doing it and living it!!!
