They're asked to bring outfits to fit the promo "theme" but there are a few occasions when the producers will give them clothing to make the overall cast look cohesive for the promo. They will sometimes ask the queens to omit certain pieces or accesories/possibly replace them as well. It's happened for past seasons as well. So it isn't easy to say whether or not that these promo photos are a reflection of the queens fashion.

nah her black shoes was a bad match with her bright ensemble. they highlighted her already-bright socks too much. eureka on the other hand had a mostly-black ensemble and her dark red hair didnt distract from the whole outfit. it still looked like a mess lmao
