Well also some of these were good bit ago and some of those queens didn't have the money like they do now.
Best drag means whatever look a queen feels the best, most authentic, confident it. Not the best in the room, the best look they have its best drag, drag is an artform. A queens drag is like an extension of who they are not how they look

Eh, personally I thought it was cheap and a little sloppy, like with the eye just drawn on with makeup when it would have been so easy to get a prosthetic and I think most queens would have done that if they were going for the look and the ass looked weird because, whilst the joke was obvious, when have you ever seen someone's individual ass cheeks in a gown?

Apparently for season 10 the girls were told signature drag and not best drag so the judges read them all to filth like ‘is this your best?’ And they probably just though no that’s not what you said 😭😂
The runway comments on the earlier seasons were so much more fun and personal than the stiff jokes on the later seasons.

Most of the time they were blond, but the length & style always changed and her outfits were always unique from the previous outfit. Max was never memorable to me, except for her Shakespearean look -- but that's about it.

Laganja best drag is secretly sickining
season 5 is when they really started serving looks
I feel like this category should be the runway of the first episode because it gives us the chance to see who the queen is and what her style is. Design challenges don't do that, they just feel like an entrance exam for the show as Ru constantly reminds the queens to be bring sewing skills. But for the audience it just shows if the queen can sew or not, it doesn't show what they prepared to show and their distinct style of drag.
But that's why they have entrance looks!

2. Can’t remember who it was from season 10 that said it but the queens that season were told the theme for that runway was “Signature Drag” rather than “Best Drag” - big difference.

I feel like I've bitched a lot about AS3 over the years, but god Shangela losing the crown after coming out in the STUNNING pocket dress is just so wrong to me. I really do believe that it was her crown, after Dela of course. To see her growth over the years starting as just a baby on Season 2, to her on S3 and then AS3 is phenomenal to see. And in my eyes deserved a crown for that. I will also make the same case about Manila Luzon but that is for entirely different reasons.
PS. Akeria C. Davenport's look here is SO fucking good. And I do believe in a different, but oddly familiar timeline she is the winner of Season 11
1) Thorgy & Milk’s reaction during the AS3 final runway was exactly how we were all feeling when we saw Shangie & Trixie’s looks.
