This chicken butt coaster is the cutest thing! I clicked on another tutorial when this showed up on the right side, and I clicked this so fast, then laughed out loud. I need one of these in my life, thankyou for sharing.
Thank you for this pretty and easy to follow tutorial, Wilma. I had a lot of fun to crochet the cute and a little bit naughty/sassy chicken. I'm sending hugs to you from Germany
I despise crochet tutorials that do nothing but type out the pattern. I enjoy watching... and LISTENING to new patterns while I crochet on something that's repetitive. I was so looking forward to making this. I watch & LISTEN to a pattern several times before I start it so there's no surprises when I'm finally ready to start it. Am I the only that this irks?
I really like this pattern, especially how you break up the increase rounds so that the main body (or bum) stays perfectly round without any "increase points". I don't know how I feel about the legs and feet, and may try a different way in the future. Other than that this was a great pattern and I'll be making more of these in the future!
Wilma Westenberg thank you!! I did do a slip stitch for just the very first color because it left a hole when I started the next color but then I didn’t for the rest. I’m happy with it. I have 3 bodies done and have 3 to go before I start the heads. Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it. 🥰
You can also order it online .. I was going to suggest Walmart for Peaches & Cream and Sugars 'n Cream but then remembered you said Canada .. don't know if you have any of them near you.
I’ve been crocheting for over 40 years and while I even found it a little fast to follow she offered the printed version which I happily copied, and at no cost. No need to be ugly about something you’re getting for free🤦🏻♀️

I am going to someday try this......minus we know what.
Love it! Thanks for awesome & easy video.
I don't understand round 4, it came twice in description?
jajajajaja nice! can you do the same but in the shape of a cat?? It would be awesome
Oooooooh....so sweet!!
this is hilarious
Can anyone tell me if she closes each round with a slip stitch? It doesn’t look like it to me.
I work in continuous rounds (without slip stitches), otherwise you'll get a seam

How can I get this step by step I can't follow you sorry ☹️ I don't know why but I can't
Hi love this pattern, however I’m having a hard time with the terminology you use.
Hello from Canada. I totally need to try this cute chicken but I detest Bernat yarn & that's the only cotton yarn available at Michael's Craft
Not really. You can get Lily brand Sugar n' Cream 100 % Cotton at Michaels too.
You can also order it online .. I was going to suggest Walmart for Peaches & Cream and Sugars 'n Cream but then remembered you said Canada .. don't know if you have any of them near you.
Está muy bonito pero no sé entiende
Mine keeps curling up on me and looking like a little bowl... any tips?
Be sure you are increasing properly. Don’t crochet too tight i early rounds.
Loosen your tension on stitches. Hope it helps.
Deberían dar mejor explicación mueve rápido las manos y no se alcanza a comprender buen además en varios idiomas
you go way too fast ! it would be great for someone who already knows how to do it, but for a novice....forget it.
You can pause the video anytime dickhead 🤷🏻♀️
You can slow down the video speed..go to 3 dots on the right side of the screen up..
I agree
