I am getting more confused the more I look into the kit, The controller says 36v/48v 22 amps and 792W. If you multiply 36v by 22a you get 792W so, how is it a 48v? Should it have an off battery that max charges to 48v? there not very clear in the ad description or what comes in the package. it was sold as a 36v/48v 500W and the motor is only 500W max so if I were to ride up a very long hill with my trailer the motor will overheat. it's best to have a max 500X controller and an over rated motor so your still following law but your hubs not going to fry. There restricting the wrong end of the system here. A 500W motor will take 2000W it just means its going to burn out faster. You want a controller that limited to your areas laws and a slightly higher rated hub as your speed and power is really controlled my the controller not the motor. if you add a bigger hub motor to your setup your not adding more speed or power.
