Especially I want to share, in my cousin's wedding I wore high heels, I'll nvr forget that uncomfortable feeling nd I manage with fake smile😕

Love your videos ! ❤️ You could also try alternating between speaking at the pace you do right now and a little slower sometimes, taking some more well timed pauses.
