Hi Shawn, R series (the series information you already saved to the profile) should always match your current battery pack's series. Essentially this step is for you to confirm you've loaded the right profile settings.
We use a JST-XH balance board for our TB6B charger, and if you have 3/S battery packs you may need an adapter which can be found on our site (power.tenergy.com/jst-xh-v2-4-pin-adapter-for-any-3-cells-pack/) to properly charge your pack with.

I have a 7200Amh 4S Lipo. I saw a function called "cut-off capacity 5000mah on". Does this means, the charger only will charge it to 5000amh instead of 7200amh? If yes, how to turn that off ?
Hi SunSon29, that is correct. This is one of the safety feature to limit overcharging your battery. You can change the maximum capacity cut-off by going to the Lipo menu and increasing it to 7200mAh. In the profile, if I change the capacity to 7200mah, like you did @2:47 of your video (you changed to 1000mah), then save, then load, does this "auto cut-off capacity on" change to 7200mah automatically (instead of 5000mah) ?? In other words, once I saved and loaded the profile (capacity 7200mah), this "auto cut-off capacity on" change to 7200mah automatically?
@@43SunSon The auto cut-off will have priority even with a saved profile since it's a safety feature. Please increase the cut-off capacity amount or disable the feature. To disable, you'll need to navigate to the "USER SET PROGRAM" settings, there you can either turn the function on/off or increase the capacity limit.

Hi Jackson, a connection break error usually means the wires have been disconnected from the charger, please double check to confirm the battery's connectors are correctly connected with the charger's, and try again.

Does it not come with the usb temp sensor? Where do you get that?

when i did all the instructions and held the button for two seconds to charge it, it said low voltage and idk if it was charging

Missing XT30 connector for 2/3S.
Hey There, while we DO NOT offer XT30 connectors on this current model we do have a set of bare leads that you can use for an XT30 connector.
