It’s good to know that the Happy Days cast got along professionally and personally. I really liked the episode about Ralph and his Dad. Thanks for sharing another great interview.
My pleasure Jill. It really does make you feel good to know that behind the scenes they were so close, pretty cool. I will have to find that episode with Ralph and his Dad.
Thank you Don for sharing your life with us. John great interview as always. Happy Days is one of my favorite shows. So many classic characters. I actually watched it twice. lol. I watched and almost got to the end then Karl started listening so I restarted it. Not disappointed for sure.
Hi John this is a great interview you did with Donny and he still looks pretty much the same with except of the white hair now he's so sweet still and you are too thank you for uploading this I loved it I love seeing you both and he is a good person I know he is and I enjoyed him on Happy Days. Thank you for such a wonderful interview. ♥️💯🙋
I remember seeing the Love American Style episode because we always watched the whole Friday ABC lineup. "Love and the Happy Days" was the title, and Harold Gould played the father.
That’s cool, and so crazy that it then became bigger than Love American Style. By the way, you should check out my interview with Barbara Minkus from Love American Style, great woman😀
Great interview, John It's funny how Don mentioned Jack Warden early in the interview. I always thought Don resembled him quite a bit and could have played his son in a film.
Really enjoy your channel. New subscriber. Once the show became three-camera, Don really showcased his comedic skills as an actor. Moving the show to a live studio audience saved it IMHO.
I used to see Don at Bonwit Teller's Department store that once existed in Beverly Hills, to have his eyelashes tinted in their beauty salon during the filming of Happy Days. I was working there at the time.
Can you please send me all the information for me because I've never been to Hermosa Beach and I don't know where it's located so if you can help me with that I'd really appreciate it thank you and God bless
Hi Jimmie, Hermosa Beach is in Los Angeles, California. I don't have the ticket information for the dinner and the show yet but will let you know as soon as the restaurant releases it to me.
@@ThatsClassicTV Robin williams audition for that role went by quickly. Robin when auditioning for gary. Literally went to the sofa in Gary’s office and Sat on his head and said any questions.
Great Interview. I agree with him how the show got silly after first 3 or 4 years. Before that it was an absolute classic. Loved what he said about Bobby Darrin. My Dad used to to say the same things about him
Thanks James! I would agree, unfortunately the storylines just became more and more out there. I still enjoyed the show but it wasn’t quite the same. Too funny my Dad said the same thing about Bobby Darrin as well 😀
Please send me something about the meeting on in Hermosa I don't know how to get there I'm going to have to take a bus but I will be there definitely because Bewitched is one of my favorite shows and I will be looking forward to that and hopefully I can meet you and I can meet Aaron and I will be so grateful and I can't wait till this happens❤
Hi Jimmie, the event with Erin Murphy on June 13th has been postponed. We are hoping to reschedule sometime in late July or August. Thanks for your interest.

My pleasure! Don is the best😀
Don looks great!
If you dye his hair red today he really hasn’t aged that much!
He really does look great and I agree about if he dyed his hair😀
I think he looks like Santa Claus with his beard trimmed short for the summer.
Don is so sweet and still adorable. Great interview🥰
Thanks Michelle, I agree Don is a great guy😀
Incredible!!
Thanks Dave!
