Discs and tri-spokes are noticeabley stiffer vertically. So, the advent of tubeless makes for a nice ride AND a fast wheel. Far fewer flats, too. There have been a lot of questionable "advances" in cycling tech over the last several years, but tubeless is pretty darned awesome.
I’ve got zipp 808 on front and rear of my cervelo P3… could have gone with a disk but didn’t want to show up to my first tri with a full disk lulz… also I love the look of double 808s

what is the best drinks before, during and after racing
Probably a sports drink specifically designed to help you perform.
Curious how much faster disk and tri spoke set up is VS having zipp 808 on both front and rear…?
You can use www.bestbikesplit.com to tell you, but often, in an Ironman, it is several minutes faster.
