This is my favorite dish of all time and, at age 71, I've tried most of 'em. Never had it with scallions but I'll bet that's a great addition. When I make Tom Ka Kai for others, I leave the chilis out entirely. It's easy enough to add them to my own serving, and I like it fiery hot! Lovely video production, BTW. All those greens. Puts one right in the mood.

I think I’m going to cook soup today. The first day off the 100 F heatwave. It’s going to be a cold 55 F raining day in Montana, USA

Hi, dear friend!! I hope you're doing well and enjoying your weekend. 😊 As you know, your videos are one of the main things I look forward to on Saturdays.
I haven't asked (and it's ok if you'd rather not say), but I'm curious to find out what career you're studying for in college. I can imagine that you'll do well in whatever you choose.
I hope you're having a wonderful Saturday!! Thank you so much for another wonderful video!! 💙💙

Hi Altaira, thank you for watching. It means a lot! I majored in the sciences and doing something similar now. This channel is definitely my creative outlet. I enjoy sharing food that I grew up eating and growing plants that are used to make these foods. I hope you have a nice rest of your weekend 😊
