Thun, at this point I'd call you my therapist, but I couldn't afford you. 😂 When I see that you've posted a new video I immediately get a smile on my face and click. As I watch, I become mindful of my stress levels and breathing. Within seconds I relax. Put all tension aside and just be. I cannot thank you enough!! This is the dish that both of my (adult) kids order when we have Thai. I always get Satay and several egg rolls. They come with a sweet sauce and cucumber salad. Yum!! My Dad was stationed in Thailand with the Air Force in 1974, and my Mom and I joined him for several months. Unfortunately I was 3 or 4 at the time and don't remember it. Sending love as always from Baton Rouge, Louisiana!! 💙💙
Thank you for this heartfelt message. It means a lot to me that I can share food from my culture and for the videos to resonate with others. That's amazing that your dad was stationed in Thailand and that you and mom got stay with him for a bit. Even though you were young, it's still a nice memory to have. I hope you have a restful weekend. Take care :)
Wow this has immediately become my favorite youtube channel. You've hit on something really special here with your video format and I hope you keep doing it :)
Hello…! I just made this for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious…!!(oishii!!) I will definitely make it over and over:) I will also try other recipes soon… :)
Wow! This looks delicious. I’m definitely going to make it this week! Took a peek at your videos and can’t wait to watch (and learn) all the yummy stuff. Looks like there’s a ton of Cambodian recipes and I’m looking forward to trying those. Also your voice is very calming!
Fantastic! Absolutely love your videos! Tried your Yum Woon Sen recipe a few weeks ago with some guests. Threw in some scallops too…speechless! Could you please tell me the Healthy Boy alternative of dark soy sauce that can be used with this recipe? Despite my undying loyalty to the HB brand, I find the labelling colours and formulas to be very confusing or very inconsistent and they vary from country to country in my experience.
Can you suggest to me how I should prepare for two hungry guys. Should I do one portion and let it sit soveside while I prepare the second portion or just do for two at the same time? Also why is nonstick cookware a must? This dish has been made long before they invented nonstick. I make chow how fun in a stainless wok with out issues. I value your opinion. Thanks
You can do 2 at the same time, if you have enough space. I suggest a seasoned wok or nonstick pan to prevent the noodles from sticking and breaking during cooking. However, it can surely be made in any type of pan. Thank you

i have all the ingredients needed, now i just need to find a piano player
Can't wait to make this - I love this dish. (but will substitute tofu for the pork)
I hope you enjoy it!
I have a question! My noodles came out mushy, what could I be doing wrong! Help
What kind of noodles are you using? The brand of noodles can affect the texture. Are you using a nonstick pan? Add the sauce in little by little.
