Hello, watching your blog is a wonderful time for me, who lives in Russia. Today is a birthday of Navalniy, who was killed by regime. Your blogs give me a filling, that I’m normal. I also like knitting, like simple life. Thank you.
I love your 15 minute plan. It is such a good idea.
Have you tried the Clasped Weft Join? I think you can find it on TH-cam. I like it for changing colours in scrappy projects. No sewing ends, just a little trim at each end of it, and it is secure. Good for socks and sleeves. Wishing your mum a long and happy retirement. 🤎🤎🤎

I find the strategy of doing cleaning and other boring things based on time rather than having to finish a task is helpful for me to. If I put on a timer to do 30 minutes of housework for the day, and then if at the end of 30 minutes I can stop even if I haven't finished cleaning, I am a lot more productive than saying to myself you have to clean the kitchen and fold all the laundry now, it will take me a lot longer to do it. If I say you have to do housework for the next 30 minutes only, I do these boring tasks a lot quicker. I call it turbo cleaning.

In America the pins are usually referred to as thumb tacks. Congratulations to your mom for her retirement! I enjoy seeing Bobbi run around! My dog Murphy is a couch potato. 🪻🌷🌸🌼🌻🌹
