It only does that online. In the story mode it stays for that day/night and gets reset on the next day

One car is how I try to beat all NFS games, just felt like the way to do it to me. Did Unbound with the Eclipse.
Weren't engine swaps until Heat, obviously, but when I did swap, was just to the upgraded version, went Forged.

the easy way to lose the cops is to just jump over any water. there's usually some jumps in the middle of the city somewhere. hope this helps cuz nobody plays this game as much anymore as you and me lmao.

I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly the buttons to turn off your car is LB & X. For xbox. Loved this game and go back to it every now and then. The 1 difference I always feel going back n forth from this and unbound, is heats driving feels so raw. Like if you make 1 mistake, you feel it. Unbound feels like it baby's you with all the boost/NOS they give you. Grip turn? Here's boost, drift? Boost. You just swerve all over the road? Boost for you too lmaoo.

I feel like a continuation of this would be mad. Seeing as this is a showdown and is held in palm city it could be held in another state. So either continue the main story and use the player and the crew to be competing against other crews almost like a blacklist and work your way up to be the best in that region. With the top crews playing dirty and cheating like messing with ur car and u have to win with that problem. Another continuation could also be when you become apart of the league you have to challenge other leagues in order to dominate the country or sumn like carbon with areas. There's so many cliff hangers and maybe we see a return of some of the unbound characters such as rydell where you rent a car from him in the beginning

I will agree that the soundtrack of unbound doesn't fit the theme of the game, but that doesn't excuse the fact that the soundtrack does actually have like 10 to 5 good songs. the best song in unbound in my opinion is taco by IDK
