I once started a new career on ps2 for carbon and every vehicle was unlocked. Was driving the supra by the second stage after angies terratory. The only place i could beat the boss with no upgrades. Plus it helped that i prefered muscles so it wasnt intensional. If anyone can tell me how it happend it be really appreciated. An unsolved mystery ive caried since childhood. Btw the bosses can fall off the canyon. Only happend once and i fell of with bushido so i dont know if the game allows you to win like that.
Have you ever played this game, it's damn near impossible to win some races with some teir 2 cars let alone a teir 1 rx-8, I played this game probably 30 times this is my favorite game, I beat the game with a stock viper cause as a kid I didn't understand all the upgrade stuff
I got to Darius with the stock RX8 but then my game crashed and glitched the map. Lost my shit and called it a day. First 3 areas are easy but Silverton is tricky and you 100% gotta use manual transmission and blocking mechanics for Wolf and Darius in the canyon

And I CLEARLY chose the RX-7. I prefer it over the RX-8 I understand its "supposed" to be the starter car only I just wanted to be different.
