Vertical circular motion outside a circular track is a topic on which many times questions are asked in JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET. In this video Ashish Arora Sir has covered detailed explanation of vertical circular motion of a block outside a circular track.
For quick coverage of all concepts of circular motion students can review this topic from Physics Galaxy checklist video of circular motion available at link - • Circular Motion | Rev...
Practice Quiz Questions are given below based on concepts explained in this video -
Students are advised to solve below questions and find, out of given questions below which question(s) are given with wrong answer(s). Correct answer with explanation will be shared in comments after two days. Q. 5 given below is only for students preparing for JEE Advanced.
(1) A small block is projected horizontally from top of a fixed hemispherical surface of radius 5m at initial speed 5m/s. Find the angular displacement from initial position at which block will leave the circular path.
[60°]
(2) In previous question at the point where block leaves the circular path what is its speed ?
[7.07m/s]
(3) A small block is projected horizontally from the top of a fixed hemispherical block of radius 2m on horizontal ground. Find the initial projection speed such that from the topmost point just after projection normal reaction on block becomes zero.
[4.47m/s]
(4) In previous question find the distance from center of hemisphere where the block will land on ground.
[2.83m]
(5) A small block starts moving outside a hemisphere of radius 2m fixed on flat ground from a point P which has position vector from center of hemisphere at an angle 60° from vertical. If initial speed of block is zero, find the angular displacement of block at the moment it leaves the circular track.
[cos^-1 (1/3)]
For best preparation for jee and neet, students can use our Physics Galaxy series of books which are available from link - edyapp.com/phys...

Pls share the correct answers of previous quizzes
Sir please start checklist for 2021
1st and 2nd answers are wrong rest (ie 3,4,5)are correct
Sir, advance ke paper 1 surface tension ko se video me hai
thank u sir
For physics I think u r one of the best in Asia 👍👍
Asia nahi...world bolo.
Kutch ko toh bewajah hi hype create karke god god kehne lagte hai...sir is the real god for aspirant and physics lovers here
world nhi universe bolo
he is god of physics
Answers to the questions given is
1) cos ^-1(5/6) i.e. 33.5°
2) 6.49 m/s (approx)
3) 4.47 m/s
4) 2.83 m
5) cos^-1(1/3)-π/3 radians
i.e 70.53°-60°= 10.53°
But sir .....I have just calculated the angle in form of cos^-1 .... And have just inverse calculator for exact angles.... Could u plz suggest me a way....how can we get approx angles in the exam ....wherein no such thing is available....it would be gr8 if I get ur reply....
By using the graph of ITF's , we can approximate the angles OR atleast find the the intervals.
Thankyou from the bottom of my heart...
Killer visualization
Sir u r just godly 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
*respected sir please bring more videos of hybrid physics we all love it and the content is high level and less Time consuming*
Subsequently the answer for 2nd question is 6.45

Sir please make a PIM video for making NLM equations as when to resolve NORMAL into components and when we have to resolve Mg into components for writing equations
For the PG lectures in theory section and then hybrid physics of constrain motion then go for advance illustration
Please sir start allen drill test for neet and jee free of cost. Will be of great help. People agreeing hit like please🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sir Rocket Propulsion mein Bahut dikkat aa raha hai. Please discuss it in PIM for us spending your valuable minutes.

Do any one have any link regarding this?
Sir the answer for first question is Theta=cos^-1(5/6) pls verify
First answer is not 60°
Thank you so much for all your efforts Sir.

Sir one doubt is pinching me that if I'm making short notes daily then should I also make concept checklist or your guided checklist is sufficient?? Pls tell sir
Concept videos are for covering concepts from scratch and revision checklists are for final level of preparedness. So, if you are covering a concept, it will not make a difference
Very helpful for revision sir
Can we follow the same pattern of making of revision checklist of physics according to PYQs for Maths and Chemistry ??????

Sir thanks for this amazing lecture sir please aap vidio me thoda slow speak kijie thank you 😎😀😀😀😎👍
GREAT.!!!
sir take cat and dog probleum from relative motion
coming in few days
Already cover in advance illustrations of kinematics
Sir it's very difficult for me to learn these big formulas but I know the concept of it ......is it necessary to learn them??
These are not big formulas, these can be kept on tips. If in exams you will try to calculate these in JEE Main you will loose the race with time.

sir please iss question ka solution upola kar do a car goes on a horizontal circular road of radious r the speed increaseing at a constant speed dv/dt =a . the friction cofficient between toad and tyres is u . find speed at which the car will skid
Sir has already explained this analysis in prev PIM videos. The skidding speed of car is √(µRg) which is ans to your question. If you wish to find the time of skidding then use v = at that gives the time also from start when car will skid.
