    This society is like 200m from my rented house in Bangalore. The road connectivity is already bad and there is traffic jam all the time. I don’t know how they get all the approvals when infra in area can’t even accommodate current traffic needs

    I have bought the flat. Little overpriced but looking at amenities, location, brand name and material going to be used. Looks to be a good buy..hope it turns out as good investment for me.

      It is a big joke as Sobha is just fooling people and don’t get fooled in buying any property in this project

    there is no proper connectivity for this and no public transport
    even cab / autovalas also does not come at this place
    And this is build near to lake which is too risky
    and 4 CR is too high for Bangalore
