    Chickpea flour has a low gi value, which means that it is slowly broken down into the blood and has 25% fewer calories than white flour.

    if you can't find chickpea flour in the store, you can easily make it yourself by grinding dry chickpea grains into finely ground flour.
    Recipe for Chickpea Bread Recipe -Gluten Free:
    225g chickpeas flour
    75 g tapioca flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    2 tbsp psyllium husk
    1 tsp honey
    250 ml of water
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp apple vinegar
    2 handful of pumpkin seeds
    Put chickpeas flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl. Mix everything well.
    Add honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water, and mix the mass well.
    Prepare the baking tray (21 x 11 cm) and cover with baking paper, put the mass in the baking tray, and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes.
    When the bread is baked, take it out of the oven and put it out of the baking tray, and cool it on the cooling rack.
    When properly chilled, slice and serve.
    Bake it in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes.

    I really enjoy your channel. I have been looking for easy breads that are healthier for a type 2 diabetic and not too complicated to make. Many other channels have recipes that are too difficult, time consuming and ingredients that are not common. Keep up the wonderful recipes . Thank you so much.

      Hi, besan is a flour made from brown chickpea, chickpea flour is made from white chickpea, similar but not the same.
