Instrument of Accession is the true fact.We have to respect the base of indian independence act 1947, It was a choice for the princely state to join either india or Pakistan.

I am very impressed with Barrister sahib. Many Indians are also not aware of Nehruji;s deep irritation with the Bengali PM of Pakistan when they signed all these western bloc treaties. The weapons incoming, angry anti-India vitroil / cockiness from western support and the perceived slap on Nehruji's non aligned movement leadership made him unofficially drop the plebiscite offer. It was never officially done but it hardened India's position significantly. That was the day Pakistan for the first time of many shot itself in the foot.
From the number of likes I am deducing people want to know more about the events in the mid- 50s and how Nehruji made an unofficial u-turn on the plebiscite offer. Much to Sh Abdullah's irritation and in contradiction to Kashmir Assembly's ratification of the Instrument of Accession Nehruji persisted with the offer of plebiscite until a series of events mentioned by me took place in quick succession. In a recent spat between Qamar Cheema and Arzoo, Cheema said it is foolish to think that India will attack Pak after recent terror activities on Indian Army Officers. After a long time he has talked sensibly and I fully agree with him, as India will not attack but finish a name “Pakistan” forever from the world.

0. Basic question- Why Pakistan did not declare POK as independent country called J&K, recognized it as such and asked Ummah to support it to liberate Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK)? By this action, IOK would be have erupted for joining J&K and separated from India without any war being waged by Pakistan!!! However, since Pakistan had no 'pak' intentions on J&K, it could not do any such action!!! India of course had a legitimate right on J&K. 1. There are many big ticket investments coming up in Kashmir from UAE. So unless UAE treats Kashmir as integral part of India, this is not possible. Many such different events/acts will show the same intent indirectly. There is no need for UAE or anyone to announce explicitly its position. So Cheema should be sure that UAE recognizes J&K as part of India and the illegal occupation of J&K by Pakistan needs to be solved by both India and Pakistan mutually. 2. During G20 meeting in Srinagar, many countries participated and by implication, recognized J&K as part of India. No one needs to announce this separately. Cheema knows this. 3. So why is Cheema putting salt on the wounds by asking such irrelevant questions?
Indian Government in 2016 has provided a punishment of imprisonment upto 1 year and fine upto Rs100 Crores for showing ,printing,publishing wrong map of India including showing pok and Arunchal Pradesh etc in Pakistan or China.
We helped every neighbour country because we have a money. This doesn't mean that we support terrorism through afganistan.We have helped srilanka, afganistan,south Africa Nepal, Bangladesh etc this doesn't mean that we support terrorism.this mean we want to cooperative with them economically.

Cheema , Kashmir in three points:
1. Kashmir officially acceeded to India India in 1947 , as per Indian independence act.
2. UN resolution of April 1948 state that 1) Kashmir acceeded to India 2) There is a local tribesmen upraisng., Pakistan to withdraw all its people, India to keep forces , then plan for plebiscite etc ...
3. At no point, Kashmir was even considered as part of Pakistan.
So, going by any logic , Pakistan map is factually wrong, Just like it's arguments on Kashmir.
