Pakistan is of no use to India, neither in trade nor in anything. Pakistan as a enemy is good for India, because that's what keeps India careful and no terrorism happens in India. That is why Narendra Modi has this opinion that if we progress with talks with Pakistan, it doesn't suit Pakistan's military leadership and ISI and they will somehow do some mischieves like they did in Kargil, Pulawama and Uri,. So India now has this very solid understanding that we don't need to talk to Pakistan. Not talking to Pakistan ensures peace within India. Touchwood,, After pulwaama we did Balakot Air strikes and after that things have been sorted for good. Now we don't need to talk. There are 206 countries in the world and we can manage 2 or 3 enemies if it ensures no terrorism and 100% peace. China has a problem with India, United States,Australia, UK, Germany, France everyone but still it's good going for them. Pakistan is not that big a player in the world arena that we will miss Pakistan in any way. Thank you so much. We don't want to talk to you. You go and run your economy on Chinese loan. And we will see what we have to do. Entire world wants to do Business with India. Indian economy is 3 trillion USD which is 5th in the world out of 206 countries, after USA, China , Japan and Germany. Pakistan economy is 280 billion USD which is almost 11 times smaller than India. So we are in a much better space. Please leave us. We don't want to talk to you.

CONVERTED CHEEMA, KULBHUSHAN JADHAV IS AN ACCUSED NOT A CULPRIT unless proven in an International court of Justice, I hope as a professor you should know this, so you can't tell him terrorist. Government of India is fighting his case in international court of justice with Indian tax payers money because we know he is innocent even Pakistan knows this. If he is a culprit then why Pakistan is not hanging him. We caught kasab from Pakistan and.we killed him right away. Pakistan kidnapped kulbhushan jadhav and now they have sentenced hanging to him but don't have a dare to prosecute him,.

Qamar Cheema has transformed so much if you have seen him on Republic a few years ago.
From someone passionately illogical to a fine presenter today. His program quality has improved, the guests he calls are balanced people with a fair amount of understanding. Even Qamar Cheema is now able to see the other point of view.

Dinesh from Singapore(Indian IT). Very focused discussion. Bashani saab has very good understanding on Indo Pak matters. India will not talk to Pakistan on any matters, because India want to destabilise Pakistan's economy so that Pakistan can never stand against to India in future and This is good approach. Most of the issues will automatically resolved once one country became very strong and other became very week. Moreover Pakistan army doesn't want good relationships with India, they want to continue same situation so that they can stay relevant and can rule on Pakistan. Next 5 years is going to very very hard to Pakistan. The speed of progress in India is very high and the speed of Pakistan going down is also very high. I pray both country should live with peace and prosperity.

India should have kept Kashmi as a priority always... which unfortunately was not the case... other wise somebody should explain to me why after winning the 1971 war... which liberated Bangladesh.... we were not able to take back Kashmir... btw in 1971 the Kashmiri youth was not radicalized.
I think Asia has done really well when you look at the fact that the entire Asia region was scrubbed clean of virtually all wealth and resources when the Europeans were forced to leave after World War 2. Interestingly what was devastation for Europe turned out to be liberation for Asia. Remember the western powers perhaps thinking of their old days systematically try to pull down Asia in every way possible. But according to our Karma Asia will be reign supreme in the future.

What common Pakistani doesn't get is, Kashmir is the Elephant in the room. The day they say we are done with Kashmir, will be their 1st day towards growth & progress.
