Roads were rebuild and as soon as it was kept open , next traffic department came with plastic blocks and concerts to completely blocking road What is fun of this change .. In last 40 yrs we have never seen a power shut of 18 hrs every day We saw it from the last 3 yrs That is a big change . Pay bills in full still electricity is curtailed for 13 hrs everyday in hot or winter conditions This is big change . Scam after scam in recruitments We have seen it in last few yrs . NC or PDP government was wrost than this but its representative were acvountable In governer rule no one is accountable .simple Jammu people voted for BJP and reward was handed over by scrapping darbar move . This is a big change
