I laughed and laughed, and at the same time, I knew what your dad was thinking and going through. You should have pulled your dad along in the warrior. I'm sure he was thinking he could do it as well as he could a few years ago. The whole video looks like fun.

When is the game wardens going to put a stop this crap. These guides are worse than Missouri fisherman. They are fishing our lakes dry. They say crappie is a game fish and can not be sold. But they are doing the same damn thing and making big money off of these stupid people. Game and fish where are yall at. This is illegal if you look it. Cause it’s selling game fish.

Before you down me you need your own private lake and I would have a problem at all. But y’all are selling these tours for an outrageous price on government owned lakes. That’s the damn problem.

@@tommyscruggs9077 so fish in a private lake are different than anywhere else. If it’s wrong it’s wrong. So the problem is t fishing the problem is fishing where you fish.

Yall no what yall are doing is wrong. It’s selling game fish no matter how you look at it We can’t do that crap on government hunting land. And you shouldn’t be able to make a big profit off of government lakes.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the practice of guided fishing trips. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify some important points regarding my business and the regulations governing it.
Firstly, it's essential to understand that I operate as a fully licensed captain with a master's certification, which I obtained to ensure that my business adheres to all legal requirements. This certification is mandated by most states, including South Carolina and Mississippi, to conduct guided fishing trips legally. My commitment to operating within the law is unwavering.
Regarding your concerns about selling game fish, it's important to note that guided fishing trips do not equate to selling fish. Instead, clients pay for the experience, expertise, and equipment provided during the trip. This includes knowledge of the best fishing spots, high-quality gear, and a safe and enjoyable fishing experience. The fish caught during these trips are the property of the clients, just as if they were fishing independently.
As for fishing on government lakes, lakes such as Grenada in Mississippi and the Santee Cooper Lakes in South Carolina are not exclusively government-owned. These bodies of water are managed by various entities, including state agencies, which often promote recreational fishing as a means to support local economies and conservation efforts. Guided fishing trips contribute positively to these goals by promoting sustainable fishing practices and raising awareness about conservation.
Your comparison to government hunting land is understandable, but it's worth noting that fishing and hunting are regulated differently. Each state sets its own regulations to ensure that wildlife and fish populations are managed sustainably. As a licensed guide, I adhere to all state and federal regulations, ensuring that our activities are legal and environmentally responsible.
In conclusion, my business operates within the bounds of the law, and I take pride in providing a valuable service to my clients. I encourage you to reach out to local wildlife and fisheries management authorities if you have further concerns about these practices. They can provide additional insights into how guided fishing contributes to conservation and the local economy.
      Thank you for your understanding.
      Best regards,

      From Capt. Lee:
I am a retired captain and guide and have taken customers fishing from the Great Lakes to saltwater fishing for everything in the Gulf of Mexico. I don't know where you would get that this man is selling game fish. People pay an individual that has the knowledge and experience to better the chances of catching fish.
Selling certain fish to a restaurant or market is not legal. I guess what you're saying is that every charter boat in the country is operating illegally because they take you fishing for money?
      You're not very bright.
