Are you kidding, piercing the skin is the correct way to get these type of pimples out, otherwise it breaks and erupts the skin. You can look it up, you clearly don't know anything about it so you really shouldn't talk about it. Think about it it makes sense to pierce the skin to get rid of the pimple otherwise it rips and breaks the skin causes scarring

If we want to watch these videos, we need to abide by TH-cam's rules. One of those rules is limited blood on non-medical videos. That's why many of these videos wait to do the inflammatory ones until the end. Plus, the more blood you have, the more cotton they use. When the spa only charges around $6 for this service, they need to save money any way they can.
Yes! Thought the same every time she poked/squeezed the obvious inflamed pores & purple-red areas. This patient is definitely tough. Praying they treated afterwards reduce pain, redness.
I only have 2 complaints: you aren't cleaning the whole pore and you use that bottle on some instead of squeezing it all out like yourself. You only damage the skin more by not taking the pimple by hand all at once. It then gets infected causing inflammation acne or it becomes a cyst. Either way not good. The reason the bottle is bad is because it causes the collagen to break and the walls to break and the pores doesn't really get the pore super clean and both can cause bad scaring.

Too many armchair dermatologists comment on these. The cleansing off and application of any kind of lotion, etc, is done afterwards off camera. Just cause you didn't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen

His skin is so dry, which is why the pores hold onto the blackhead so tight. You can have acne with dry skin as well as oily, I had acne on the lower half of my cheeks, and the lower part of my chin, but nothing in my t zone, the dryness keeps the pores closed, and the oils can’t flow and take the bacteria out naturally. There is a cream called Skinoren, that is works well for this type of acne. I hope this helps him, or someone else.
