cool, it’s all over my arms and shoulders. and also i did an straight 8 hours outside in a pool and got a 2nd degree burn because i only put on sunscreen once, the doctor gave me steroid cream for them. i don’t know if this is the keratosis i have though.

Likely not Actinic Keratosis at your age. I would see a Dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis.
