    Kefir for gut health, all the doctors I trust basically say don’t bother with any supplements, just eat healthy and get as much (min40) different plant based items into your diet every week. Plus include pre and probiotics (natural if you can).

    I've traveled with the box box alen tri box for a few years to hawaii and back. I started with the TSA locks and found that just using small zip ties and taping a ziploc bag of zip ties to the top for the TSA folks to use they do fine. No lost locks to manage, zip ties are easy to carry extra. Hope that helps.

      That's fantastic advice! I thought about zip ties, but didn't think about having extras that they would put back on!

    Not AG1 🤣🤣 cut back on supplements. Now just sometimes magnesium . Vitamin D starting autum. SIS electrolytes when it hot out plzs before running

    Can't wait to see you shine in Finland, Chris! Thank you for sharing the book; the goal is to get it into as many minds as possible. We have way more of a say in how our lives unfold than we were ever led to believe. Mastery of the mind = Mastery in sport.

    since 2020 i also take supplements, which are VitD3 4000IU per day, Zinc 25mg per day and VitK2 100microgram per day........more important for me is eating plant based whole food for the last 30 years

    You absolutely should be taking a premium Omega-3 fish oil so many health benefits - especially for us athletes in terms of reducing inflammation etc. Carlson liquid fish oil is great. Follow/research Rhonda Patrick as she is one of the authorities on the topic. Thanks for all the great content! Always look forward to watching your videos.
