What's Next! Coveathlon, Varlo Philly Live, and My Next Ironman 70.3

What is going on?!? I know it's been a little while since my last video, but I'm back and here to fill you in on what's been happening and what is coming up. My health has been up and down since 70.3 Morro Bay, but I have been training and doing local short races. In this video, I race the Coveathlon, as well as talk about the new ‪@SynergyWetsuits‬ Elite Racer goggles and what's coming up next for me, including the ‪@VarloApparel‬ Philly Live team event with guest Tim O'Donnell and my next 70.3 to try to qualify for the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Spain.

Sounds like it could be Gluten and/or Dairy intolerance. Hopefully that’s all it is because that’s an easy fix.
