Just got out of a terrible narcissistic relationship. Sending you lots of positive energy for healing, it takes time to unravel as we are physically addicted to the highs and lows (the trauma bond). Lots of great recourses on TH-cam and Melanie tonia Evans really helped me. My ex and mother both NPD. Life is SO much better now I'm free but still not 100%. Give yourself time and space. You are a great mother for your little girl and breaking the cycle for her ❤️

I ran at 2am from an abusive relationship it was hard work physically mentally draining and full of what ifs. Felt like I should play this as I was preparing to fall asleep. Been pretty numb these past few weeks and out of the blue I suddenly started crying and cried for 20 minutes. I had no reason to cry but I still somehow did. Then I realized that my heart chakra was healing and letting go of some “out of sight, out of mind” feelings. Crazy how sound waves do magic. Pray for me, please. I am embarking on a new journey……leaving my toxic, draining marriage of 11 years. I can no longer settle for just existing. I have to find the joy of this gift of life. I am terrified but also sure of my decision. It’s a battle I’ve been fighting for years. I don’t know what God has planned for me…..but I know I am loved. I can’t convince myself that every step I take will be the right one…..but I will keep moving forward. I also just left an abusive relationship finally after years. My wife used to hit me and put me down and god helped me out of the situation. I pray she can heal for her daughters and it’s been hard, I love her and the girls always but my soul could no longer put up with that low vibrational negative energy all the time. I just lost my dad to cancer. It was a horrible battle for him. I quit my job to take care of him full time. Im grateful i had time with him in the last 5 months of his life. Both My parents are gone now and I feel so empty and drained. I pray that god and the universe will help me get through this. 😢

I’ve been in high stress and adrenaline this instantly helped . Ive dealing with an abusive partner (I’m safe) will be ending things when I get back home Sunday. Wish me luck. I thought this was different from their actions In the beginning only to be like my previous abusive relationship 4 yrs ago. I am assuming this includes womb trauma? My twin died in utero, and it's one of the many early childhood 'markers' that I found out about well into adulthood, and they helped me see what was subconsciously shaping my perception of 'reality' as a child onward. I found myself staring at the moving tracer, and basically 'going elsewhere' for awhile. I've been fixated on the very idea of horses, nevermind their physical existence. So many of the ancients believe they were fashioned of certain elements and 'landed' here for a purpose... I'm entering my eighth decade, and have a hip issue; so, on paper, it doesn't seem like this fixation will go anywhere... but I never know... When Uranus is in the mix, anything's possible. 🙃
