Whatever we focus our energy and attention on will come back to us. If we focus on good things in our lives, we will attract more positive things. If we focus on negative thoughts or on what we lack in life, we end up attracting negativity.

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency. The lower the frequency of vibration, the heavier our problems seem to us. We may experience discomfort, confusion, negative emotions, anxiety and any attempt to change this seems virtually hopeless. All in all, we feel like being cut off from any positivity in life.
The higher the frequency of our vibration, the lighter we feel. Our personal energy is literally boosting with light and we manifest our desires with ease. Negative feelings and/or situations can be overcome and we are more likely to meet others who also resonate at a higher vibration.
Here are a few helpful ways to raise your emotional and spiritual vibration:
Gratitude
“You can't feel fear or anger while feeling gratitude at the same time.” (Tony Robbins)
Open your eyes and turn your attention to what you are thankful for in this very moment. There is always something to be found. Be it that you were guided here, that you are able to see and read this text, to hear the music, to breathe and to be blessed with another day on this earth, another opportunity to change what you want to change.
Love
Think and visualise someone you feel love for and hold that feeling in your heart. You will feel lightness and happiness take over. Love is one of the highest vibrational states of being and has the power to pull you out of even the darkest corner.
Food
Everything you consume is “prana“ (life force). Eating “dead” food (meat, processed food, …) lowers our vibration, whereas food rich of “prana”, i.e. local and organic fruits and vegetables, will help us become more vibrant and alive.
Think Positive
What you think, you become. Pessimistic thoughts inevitably attract negativity. Positive thoughts raise positive vibration and inevitably attract positivity. Think about it 😉
