Another great review, I was hoping to see You at Birmingham Running show on Sat or Sun. BTW I tried on the new Skechers racers and was very impressed 👍
Running in them myself, I had a great first impression. The ride reminded me of the Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 3 but with a slightly wider last so if that shoe was too narrow for you this one might be a good option. Different foams but similar ride and both nowhere near as firm as the Asics Metaspeed Sky/Edge Paris. It all depends on what ride you prefer but I feel the performance is very similar.
I don’t like rockers (outside of music and chairs). Maybe that works for shufflers like Nick. I tend to prefer “natural feeling” shoes like Tom said. So, it might be good for me. I’m also considering DNE3 for that reason.
Would this be a good first carbon plated racer for a wider footed 6'2" 195 lb dude trying to run a half marathon at 1:45ish and a marathon later this year? Considering between this, SC Elite4, DNE3, and EP4. Thanks!
I am still aiming for the "best possible" shoe to use for a hilly, often hot 10 mile August race. Before I lay out the $$$ for the Brooks Hyperion Elite 4 PB I would like to see how it compared with the the Puma Elite 3 and Asics Meta Sky Paris. My fast days are gone but comfort and efficiency is still hoped for. Thank you!

I love how you guys pair the socks perfectly with the shoes color scheme. Would love to know what brand it is :)

Will the rest of the run testers do more of a review of the Adios Pro 4?
Its almost like this is a "test the water" shoe release prior to the elite 5 so Brooks can see what people think of the new DNA Gold midsole

nice
Think I might wait for the 5 to come out this summer. Possible replacement for my DNE3.
Do we know when it comes out in the UK?

Does it have a removable insole for orthotics ?
this or the deviate nitro elite 3? also this vs the adios pro 4
Drop 8 os quite a disappointment.
Depends on how soft the heel is, it may feel lower.
@Fozzee.1970 no, it's not the same just because the heel collapses
It’s just a number and not always related to the real geometry under load. Try to not be misled by the numbers…
Drop matters less to mid-forefoot strikers.
