I think all hotels will as long as they have availability. This is a busy hotel.

Yes because no window in that room only the enclosed balcony area at the back. It's located in the back just around the corner from the reception desk area. It's a nice new refurbished big room but had no outside balcony & natural light. Poolside room and those above the poolside room offer good light.
