    This beautiful riverside property was the toughest job we've ever done.
    With a wide variety of surfaces to clean, we needed to use every trick in the book, and the riverside location meant we had to be extra careful about using chemicals.
    The customer was over the moon with the outcome and couldn't believe the difference.

    Did you use your own water for this job, or did you have to use the customers water supply? Fantastic job btw 👍

      I used the customer's water. I rarely travel with water because of gross vehicle weight.

    oh boy, that stuff looks too similar to what I have in my back garden. the only thing that gives me hope is that it's on less poreus material. but I've been at it with scrubbing brushes and it aint budging yet 😥 wish me luck.

      Try using neat bleach with a tiny bit of washing up liquid.

      Thank you so much for your reply 😃. I was hoping to avoid chemicals, because I have cats. But if nothing else works I'm willing to give it a try. The cats will need to stay inside for a few days in that case.

      It will work within an hour or so. Rinse thoroughly with water afterwards.

    What chemicals did you use for this job

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A small amount of SH without rinsing down. I mainly used steam.

    Looks like a shocker of a job in terms of different paving... But you handled it fantastically.

    Will yhe bac 50 you used not effect the nearby plants?
    Also could you use bac 50 on the york stone to help it clean over time?

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good questions. A light misting of very diluted BAC isn't going to spoil the plants. Putting BAC on the paving would indeed help to self cleanse it over time, but the whole point about this job was to keep chemical use to a minimum because of the proximity of the river. Thanks for watching.

      @@jetreadyuk ahh yes very true about the river.. it still came up very well though so kudos to you for getting it done.
      I only ask because I recently did my first pressure wash job and it was York stone (talk about throwing myself in). As you can imagine it didn't come up as I wanted and the customer (mother in law) was hesitant to use hypo because of the plants either side of the path.. (I opted for steam 125°). So I was wondering if I could instead soft wash with bac 50. Put it on and leave to dry and this shouldn't affect them if allowed to dry into the stone.. I also wasn't sure if I needed to presoak the stone before putting bac 50 on..
      Or should I just soak the area and plants up with water. Put a strong hypo mix down and wait an hour for it to become inactive and then go at it again with steam at higher temp?
      Your advice would be greatly appreciated, as she lives alone and this area of path gets extremely slippery when wet and I'm concerned she'll have an accident one day if left untreated.
