- Lion Dance Competition is a very challenging sport. Each contestant group always tries to create new, creative and acrobatic stunt to impress the judges and audiences. Here are 7 best landing styles for a perfect ending of their performance. These footages are coming from the Annual World Lion Dance Championship held in Genting, Malaysia in the past. All of these were so sick! The coordination between the two performers, the weight of the lion head, and the fact that it’s the ending and they’re probably exhausted after their whole routine, makes all of these great!
Those are some of the best landings i've ever seen. Some of the most challenging & most exciting to see them pulled off very well.

My home town sandakan also had alot other race play lion dance too . The kids there look fun , enjoy playing lion dance .

1:30 The synchronization is insane let alone for this being the hardest dismount out there.
KSK team E often did the same dismount but the head and tail cartwheeled at different times, which made it look a bit awkward.
Totally agree with you. The perfect timing seems far difficult than it seems.

When i was kid...i used to afraid of these creatures...now that i know these are human wearing costume... I'm more amazed to watch them..

All of the above I'm also a head dragon mascot performer here in the philippines I know how hard it is to do does stunt it will take months of training to do each stunt it is not easy
