Hello. Wow. My trainer yelled at me because I gained (5lbs ) while training. I was really upset but didn't stoo training. I let that trainer go and started myself. I have lost body mass. I went from a 2x shirt to XL. I am proud of myself. But it did take about a year. I am 55 and still struggling. But I make much better food choices.

Doing the 14 day detox I had to stop. So much past pain came flooding back into my mind, death of my child, POSIONED, hit by mini van, death of my friends, left alone and homeless. But the body will hold on to fat when it has no idea when the next meal is coming. So doing Eat-Don'tEat on a schedule will get the weight off. I've read that it helps to vary the types of fasting, too. But remember to have EAT days. Of course, fasting for really long periods will take the weight off of anyone, but now we're flirting with health risks. My skinny elderly mom got depressed, didn't eat for a month, lost 30 pounds. Ended with an ER visit and a need for IV fluids. So yeah, starving for a month will result in weight loss.
