      Celtic salt, helps with stress, since it has magnesium..and other minerals like potassium, and chromium..(cancellimg harmful effrcts of sodium)
      It lowered my blood pressure

    Hello. Wow. My trainer yelled at me because I gained (5lbs ) while training. I was really upset but didn't stoo training. I let that trainer go and started myself. I have lost body mass. I went from a 2x shirt to XL. I am proud of myself. But it did take about a year. I am 55 and still struggling. But I make much better food choices.

      Congratulations. Keep it up. I am also struggling to loose weight and the thing is, I don't have the appetite. My worst problem is, NOT DRINKING enough water and STRESS. I just turn 54. I started the rice diet on Sunday 25/8. So I am going to see how it goes for 1 week. After that I want to do the detox of Dr Price for 14 days.

    Doing the 14 day detox I had to stop. So much past pain came flooding back into my mind, death of my child, POSIONED, hit by mini van, death of my friends, left alone and homeless. I was crying because I couldn't have my honey tea.
    With all this I decided to eat as best as I can. I AM IN GOD'S HANDS!!!

      @@basecardcollector1698 no offense intended. Didn't understand your sentence. Eating once a day is different than eating fruit after eating a meal. You can eat several times before 5pm. That's not eating once a day.
      I'm a fan of Dr. Bobby and healthy eating, which is why I am here. I lost 17lbs in 2 months doing 16:8 IF. A year passed on 16:8, no more weight loss or gain Started ADF in July, lost 9lbs in a month. Doing 19:5 now. Will do a 72hr fast in September. 30 pounds to goal. I like Dr. Bobby's take that it's at least 6 months to a year to get where you want.

    At 52 years old I lost all my excessive weight by detoxing, eating garlic, 7 olives, beetroot and 5 days in the gym classes.
    I was complimented daily. Then I became stressed during Covid abd gained three stones and gain blood pressure and arthritis.
    I going to start my old ritual again, giving myself 6 months.

    Going through perimenopause has caused me not to have good sleep for 4 years. Hot flashes, night sweats, constant urinating in the middle of the night. It’s definitely been harder to lose weight in my stomach and I workout 3x per week. I wish there was more healthy info out there for this.

      Increase your fruit and vegetables
      Decrease unhealthy sugars and carbs

      I’d say stop bread pasta juice sugary drinks first and foremost. And move. It obviously probably won’t be easy to start. But even sitting and moving. your arms and legs while watching tv or youtube, or dancing or walking 10 minutes to start, just get moving and avoid the bad carbs. Godbless and you got this!

      Firstly, you need to stop drinking coffee and other caffeinated beverages, as caffeine magnifies any pain if you already have one. Secondly, you order Dr. Bobby's detox and use it according to the instructions. Thirdly, you also must incorporate a physical activity so that body fat & toxins can be eliminated from your body easier.

      @michellon5699 I'm no expert. Fasting works when it's alternated with eating. Your body will let go of fat when it knows food is coming soon, on schedule.       Of course, fasting for really long periods will take the weight off of anyone, but now we're flirting with health risks. My skinny elderly mom got depressed, didn't eat for a month, lost 30 pounds. Ended with an ER visit and a need for IV fluids. So yeah, starving for a month will result in weight loss.

      Are just too sensitive to unnatural so called food.
      Perhaps their ancestors
      Used to eat too healthy plant based
      Their bodies fids it too foregn recorded in the genes.
      I wouldn't try to help them if they still use sugar, highly processed junk and animal products because they should know this, that our bodies may react in a very angry way to the foods God doesn't want us to eat.
