The Philippines lifted the facility-based quarantine for fully vaccinated individuals and since we traveled with PAL, we got all the travel requirements below:

This was supposed to be a travel to Manila for December 2021 but was postponed due to the Omicron surge. Thankful that we were able to finally be with family and friends. :)

@@joannasmith9824 just in case you’re asking and hindi ka manggaling ng Australia baka mas okay to check yung travel advisory from the country that you’re coming from. In our case, PH citizens pa rin kami now pero resident ng Australia so PH passport pa yung gamit namin. Hope this helps and you’re welcome 😊
Mangagaling din po ng sydney. Yung mum in law ko kasi gusto umuwi ng pinas pero citizen na sya dito mejo naguluhan lang kami sa sa info ng PAL di kasi naka lagay na required. Kaya di namin alam pano gagawin 😂, anyway thank you po ulit Ms. Tin. Pero ung One health Pass required po sa lahat ng papasok ng pinas tama po ba?

Hey thanks for the video. Just a quick question, are they from Sydney to Phils are they accepting Antigen RAT tests? Or does it have to be PCR? If you also did PCR, I read that you can't just show the text message. You need the pathology report. How did you go about doing that? Thanks heaps in advance!
Hi Alyanna! Entry to PH only accepts RT PCR. You just tell the lab that you’re testing for international travel then they will give you the pathology report. We had ours done at the Histopath Sydney Airport for $79. Got our results after 2 hours and report was sent via email.

Hello Kim! The plane they use right now is maliit, airbus 321 neo. Isa lang yung aisle so ramdam turbulence. I think it lasted an hour while flying above Indonesia. Para siyang bus sa rough road 😅

Kamusta po kayo, I am excited to be lumipad pabalik ng Pilipinas ngayong Hulyo. My wife and I have been separated for more than 2yrs. The bureaucracy involved for all the correct paperwork is a journey in itself. Na-book na rin ako para mag-travel with Philippine Airlines and third time in the Philippines. Travel insurance with minimum cover of US$35,000 is also mandatory. If you don't mind my asking, which insurance did you get for your last trip? Maraming salamat para sayong video and keep safe.
Hello Roy! Totally agree that the paperwork is a journey itself. During our flight may hindi nakasakay because their swab collection was outside of the required hours 🥲 We aren’t AU citizens yet, travelled via PH passport kaya hindi kami narequire ng travel insurance so unfortunately wala akong masasagot sa tanong mo. 2 years is a really long time to be apart and I hope you have a smooth flight to PH. I’m sure you’re both excited to be with each other again. 😊

Hi! We were not required of a travel insurance when we went last February. You’ll only need your passport if it’s still valid. 😊
Thank you for the video. It's very helpful. May I know how long should I be at the sydney airport before my flight to the Philippines? I'll be coming from Adelaide and arriving at 8:30am in Sydney and my flight back to the Philippines is at 11:20am. I heard there's quite a distance between domestic and international airport so I'm a bit worried if I can make it since we have to check in our baggage and go thru immigration. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. :)
Hi! I think you have ample time. A fellow passenger flew from brisbane and already was in line at 9am. We arrived there at 10 am for the same 11:20 flight and the queue hasn’t even moved. 😅 If you take the terminal transfers via bus, the travel should be just about 10 mins according to the sydney airport website. 😊

it's so nice to see people traveling to the Phils again! it's been 12 years since the last time I was able to go back with my family and we're hoping to be able to go this year 🥺🥺 fingers crossed! 🤞🏼 Have an amazing time there! 💛✨
12 years is a really long time, I hope your trip pushes through! We stayed for a quick two weeks but it was all worth it being with family and friends and of course eating good food 😁

The cfo sticker is required for immigrants na mag first entry sa bansang lilipatan nila. Ginawa namin yun last year kasi yun yung unang punta namin ng australia. Need lang magregister sa PDOS online, attend online seminar then yung sticker ipadala siya sa address mo.

Hello Josef! Hindi kailangan exact. Within 48 hours lang yung guideline so pasok dun ang 24 hours. The day before flight din kami nagpatest. 😊

And kung how much kasi may same day results na $295 and cost. Tapos mas mura $150 ano dun yung pinili niyo?
