think about it, you're probably using ios 17.5.1? Is it still 100% stable? nope, because see they're pushing 17.6 updates, innt? The reality of almost any software is that it can't be 100% percent bug free. But yeah, 18.4 is a bit of stretch. I would say 18.1 should be pretty stable! Yes, it's usually better to avoid 18.0, like at least wait for 18.0.2! haha

for the wallpaper dimming bug. Try to customize the color of the clock in the lockscreen then save. you'll notice a difference in the color of the homescreen wallpaper
I wish just for one year, Apple would divert their focus to improving battery health/life. I would choose this over any new software updates, I would consider this a REAL upgrade.
I don’t know why but suddenly my iPhone charging slower or show that it’s charging but its not charging from 90% to 100%. I don’t know if this has to do with the downgrade from iOS 18 developer beta to iOS 17.5.1 throw iTunes but I done this 4 days ago and this problem appeared yesterday.
Might have to do with the battery temperature, it overheats during the charging and slows down. I have also experienced this after 17.5.1 update, also noticed that it is hotter overall and started to drain faster under the same loads.

There is one mejore problem with the lock screen. In Sleep Focused it just turns black and I could not find a way of changing that behavior. Even though you should be able to select a specific lock screen and home screen. Not sure what is going on there and why this has not been addressed in any update. Also, I find it annoying that setting a timer on your phone doesn't show up on your watch. It's those little things I expect Apple to get right, but they just disappoint every time 😞

Serious problem with iOS 17.5.1 , my 15 pro max dropped battery health from 99 percent to 94 percent in matter of 2 weeks with 210 cycles. My 12 pro max dropped from 92-88 percent in a matter of 1 week after this update!
I’m curious about a camera bug. For the past month or so, i have been unable to take a photo upon waking my phone. The camera shows the image and then the screen goes black. If I then try to go to the camera it crashes too. About 50% of the time it resolves itself after a few attempts, but the other times i need to restart the phone to get the camera to operate. Is it just me, or is there something going on here that needs fixing?

Water detection is ridiculous. Mine will charge for an hour then pop up saying water is detected. I don’t know how water gets in my phone while I’m laying in a dry bed.

17.6 beta 2 knocked out voice to text in iMessage I rely and use that everyday 😮 and it negatively affected screen brightness adjustment and screen brightness diminished in video playback I regret installing this

I just go to the previous wallpaper then immediately switch back to the new one and it doesn’t dim after that. Sometimes it takes 2 tries thought.
