Beautiful BIG house - my one concern - the hill facing the house. I hope the house has a good drainage system because all the water is going to end up under the foundation. Also I noticed one downspout sending the water under the foundation. ouch - easy fix

All that square footage n high price and I'm still waiting to be impressed, smh! Also where is the yard space? The little shown of the outside I wouldn't even let my dog out there. Totally ridiculous!
