I make my stuffed mushrooms similarly and it’s delicious! Except I use Italian sausage, no rosemary or sage but parsley at the end, and I hollow out the mushrooms to fit more stuffing in there. Also the egg is unnecessary, all that cheese holds itself together. Don’t forget Parm at the end!
