You can enable in options the shooting from the hip with shotgun, when you have berserk powerup. Helps very well, when you don't have shotgun upgrade.

@@dkgaming8622 I use Randomized or Deathwish presets.
Not sure if they affect the monster pack spawns, but I have fun while playing.
