This is the first I've heard of what I'm assuming is the BAB arrangement of Stars and Stripes. Excellent use of melody and countermelody! I'd love to hear this on the General some time if that's possible
@@SasiakGnarlyB.A.B. Organ Company of Brooklyn, NY. They had their own system of rolls and scales. They converted a lot of older European organs to their system. Their Style 66 rolls were very similar to Wurlitzer’s 165 rolls. They went under in 1957.
I do hear a few pipes trying to sound but are failing to. I've seen in recent videos this organ hasn't been doing as well as the once-dismantled Black and West View 165's are. Dirty tracker bar? Wind chest needing restoration? It may need a restoration soon, possibly, if indeed what I'm hearing is it malfunctioning. I did daydream myself arranging Stars and Stripes in D and G, not at such a fast tempo however, and with a good deal of instrumentation and chords as well... I listen very closely to all of the note-ery of all Wurlitzer band organ arrangements and I don't even read music.

It's wintertime, and the room is cool and dry. It comes around again in the spring
