Wurlitzer 146A plays a mistracking roll.

This 1923 Wurlitzer was having some issues with the transmission, so me and the operator (of witch I’ve become sorta friends with over the different times I’ve been to see the organ) went behind the scenes to fix it but after we got the roll moving, it turns out the roll flanges need to be adjusted!
