They’re $600 USD in the JDM market. Over doubling the price of the same rod for the US market is ridiculous
That's one heck of a lot of Money for a DAIWA Graphite Bass Rod!! Are there any Drift fishing (Bottom Bouncing), 2 piece graphite models for Steelhead and Salmon?!! Thanks
Ain’t nobody buying a $1300 rod 😮😮😮
Said the same about $100k bass boats with $50k in electronics. 🤷♂️
I have a super laggera. Paid around 1200 lol
@@supatreyfi9770I was here to say the same thing, have the same rod topped with a steez. People think I'm crazy for having a $2000+ setup lol. Some people can afford it, some people can't.
Lots of people will.
@@supatreyfi9770exactly. But you know, you can pick up one for less than 800, 2 month wait
they guy buying this rod is not the guy i want to fish with
Hey man if you’re broke just say so 😂
Well, I wouldn't want to fish with someone who judges people by the rods and reels they buy. Bet you're fun at parties too.
Haha you nerds can be in your own boat. I’ll be fishing with the goodwill crew kicking back brews. You all can stroke each others gear.
People who can afford this rod aren't as concerned about the equipment as you think. The problem is that you're thinking that people with your income are buying these. They aren't. They make several, if not dozens, times what you make. No. This won't make a good fisherman in of itself. But what else do you suppose these people spend their money on? A bank account doing nothing?
@@GFWoodchuck down boy, down. Please don’t poverty shame me. Guess I better beg harder on the street corner so I can step up my gear game
$5 at most to make that rod.
Lol. The guides cost more than that.
1300 bucks for a rod? Wow. This is more of "my wallet is bigger than yours" statement. Even if you are a super elite angler this rod is not going to catch more fish vs 150 dollar rod
$15o rod aint gonna catch more fish then me ugly stik har har dur dar
@anonymouscaline for tournament anglers I disagree. A glass rod like an ugly stick is good for live bait or trolling. Neither of which are legal in tournament fishing. Just going to take the kids it is perfect because they can stomp on your ugly stick. I still own a garage full of ugly sticks from when I was a guide.
@@jamesb.nonofyourbusiness1550 Don't be a retard. There are plenty of guys that will be throwing down $1300 for these rods. As someone in the industry you should be well aware that people will do or spend anything to catch more bass. har har dur dar
What do you suppose the uber rich spend their money on instead?
@@GFWoodchuck ohh hey there big guy, spreading you love all over the comment section
