This P plater is travelling behind me along the Greensborough by pass. We both enter the Metro Ring Rd to head West. As the merging lane appears and I safely begin to merge, this P plate guy decides to overtake me and remain just to my right, instead of simply following me. "Oh no, there's the police" In Victoria when passing a police vehicle you must slow to 40 km/h. He sort of does then upon passing goes straight to the tight lane and takes off. About 1 x KM up the road is the Plenty rd exit. Well he decides to wait the last second to merge from the far right lance across all traffic to exit. Great effort I say.
