i'd still choose cadenza over this for mortefi. as a sub-dps you really need low on-field time for him while being able to trigger outro for moonlit cloud set buff. the faster you rotate from mdps to support/sub-dps back to mdps the higher the dps you'll be dealing. this new 4-star weapon could be really good for mdps who don't have access to 5-star weapons temporarily.
am I missing something, where does it say it increases concerto? the line that has er and concerto gain that includes variation is probably still going to be superior on most.
@johns783 Let me clarify, if you use your liberation you will get concerto. Variation is still better in many cases for healers especially, but for other characters that care about damage, the new weapon can be better.
im pretty sure the weapons line donesnt give concerto energy (also concerto energy is not affected by er%) only resonace energy (ultimate energy) and atk%
I havent gotten even 1 variation and theyre adding new 4 star weapons. The probability of getting one further decreases

To clarify, you get concerto energy from using their ultimate, which does help smooth out rotations.
@@VoidEnigma well ult have long cooldowns so idk how usefull the weapons can get since we only get a few copies of them since they not a carftable
