Ingredients
✰ 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese (360g)
✰ ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
✰ 2 cups heavy cream (480g)
✰ 2 tsp vanilla extract
✰ 1 ½ cup strong espresso (350g)
✰ finger biscuits (“Savoiardi” brand)
✰ cocoa powder
Tips:
✰ Heavy cream must be really cold before whipping.
✰ Do not soak the finger biscuits in the coffee, it will become mushy. Lightly and quickly dip each side in the coffee.
✰ After assembling, let the Tiramisù rest in the fridge for minimum 6 hours. It is ideal to let it rest overnight! This helps it become more firm and blend the delicious flavors together.
