Recipe and Ingredients:
120 g Greek yogurt
1 egg
Salt to taste
Saffron
Dried basil
100 g cheese
200 g zucchini
120 g cornmeal
110 g lentils
10 g baking powder
Now mix all the ingredients well.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I poured the batter into the dish.
Sprinkle with dried basil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Ingredients for Recipe 2:
250 g red lentils
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
11 g dry yeast
25 ml olive oil
A pinch of salt
Sweet paprika
Turmeric
Dried garlic
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
A few sunflower seeds as well.
